Start with business clarity
A visitor should quickly understand who you are, what you offer, who you serve and how to evaluate your capabilities. Product pages need procurement information; cases need context and actual actions.
Contact links should work. English visitors should be able to complete the reading and inquiry journey in English. Every page needs a clear next step.
Make technical checks explicit
Check that key content is readable, status codes are correct, and links and images work. Titles, descriptions, canonicals, sitemaps and structured data should agree.
Use separate language URLs with appropriate annotations and matching-page links. Test mobile text, tap targets, loading and layout stability, recording the date and conditions.
Separate search access from business results
Google says its AI search features follow foundational SEO without additional special optimization requirements. For ChatGPT search, check OAI-SearchBot access against OpenAI’s documentation.
Crawling, indexing, citations, visits and inquiries are different stages. An AI text file or structured markup does not establish recommendation frequency or sales outcomes.
Hand over the business assets
Agree ownership of domains, accounts, source files, images and content. Document tools, renewals and maintenance scope, including how new cases and articles are published.
Test the contact journey before launch. Afterwards, use search-console and real-visit data to guide improvements. Keep lab performance scores distinct from actual user experience.
